HPGCL, Haryana
A two day Workshop conducted for theplant engineers and senior management at their Hissar plant on Energy Efficiency Management and Reliability Initiatives. The workshop was attended by more than 50 participants from different plants and corporate center.
USAID
As a senior advisor to USAID-PACE D program, a Study on Efficiency & GHG reduction Potential was organized at Mahagenco plant at Chandrapur and HPGCL plant at Panipat.
As an Adviser to USAID, Organized implementation of the PACE-D program (a bilateral project of GOI and US Govt) on Efficiency and Reliability Improvements of Super Critical Plants in India with involvement of US Experts. Also development of a Best Practices Document for the Indian Super Critical plants with US Experts.Reliability Initiatives. The workshop was very interactive and attended by more than 50 participants from various areas of the Thermal Power plant.
RVUNL, Rajasthan
A two day Workshop conducted for Rajasthan RVUNL Plant engineers and senior management at their Head Office at Jaipur on Energy Efficiency Management and Reliability Initiatives. The workshop was attended by more than 40 participants from different plants and corporate center of RRVUNL.
Energy& Efficiency Management System (EEMS)implemented at one of the plant of RVUNL, Rajasthan. The program covered Capacity building, Training of plant engineers and Hands-on experience. The system for documentation, infrastructure creation for EEMS and development of action plans for improvements was part of the program.During the program number of Efficiency and APC related issues resolved. The work was spread over 6-8 months.
RVUNL-Kalisindh TPS (2x600MW) –Critical problems related to heat rate deviations were studied prior to Workshop on Energy & Efficiency Management. Solution for one of the major problem was provided, lead to improvement of about 18 KCal/kWh.
JSW Energy, Bellary
Detailed Performance Study along with IIT Experts on two (2) Cooling Towers, Preparation of Consolidated Report and Recommendations at JSW Energy-Vijayanagar Power Plant, Bellary.
A two day Workshop conducted for the plant engineers and senior management at their Bellary TPS on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The workshop was attended by more than 40 participants.
Pilot project exercise and hands-on training on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The exercise was carried out at One Unit of JSW Vijayanagar TPS along with plant team.
NTPL, Tuticorin
Performance testing of Natural Draft Cooling Tower (NDCT) for 500MW Units at Tuticorin followed by test report with recommendations.
A two day Workshop conducted for NTPL, Tuticorin and senior management at their Power Plant (2x500MW) on Energy Efficiency Management and Reliability Initiatives. The workshop was attended by more than 40 participants from various related areas of the power plant.
Vedanta-Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd
Performance testing of Natural Draft Cooling Tower (NDCT) (NDCT) for 660MW Unit at Talwandi, Punjab followed by test report with recommendations.
An Energy Efficiency Management System (EEMS) program implemented at Vedanta-TSPL. The program involved establishing Efficiency Cell, Capacity building, Training of plant engineers & Hand Holding, Documentation, Infrastructure creation for EEMS and development of action plans for improvements. During the program number of Efficiency and APC related issues resolved. The program spread over 8-10 months.
Tata Power
As a consultant to Tata Power, conducted Training on implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) at one of the plants.
Jindal Power Ltd

A two day Workshop conducted for KPCL Plant engineers and Senior Management at Raichur TPS on Energy Efficiency Management
NLC, Neyveli
A two day Workshop conducted for NLC, Neyveli Plant engineers and senior management at their Learning & Development Center on Energy Efficiency Management and Reliability Initiatives. The workshop was very interactive and attended by more than 50 participants from the Thermal Power plant.
BEE
BEE-as Consultant to BEE formulated the PAT scheme for the Power Sector
L&T- Power
Nabha Power Plant (2x700MW) – Existing system for Energy & Efficiency Management Studied and recommendations made for its improvement. As a next step, EPS will work closely with Station Team for its implementation.
L&T-Chhabra Supercritical TPS (2x660MW) – Services provided for study of PG Test set-up and recommendations made prior to commencement of testing by OEM.
